Regarding the throttle, steering. reverse gate & steering assist cables, is there a way to properly lubricated them?
My throttle cable is pretty stiff and I need to fist bump it to get it to move in small increments.
Also I had to replace the steering cable a year ago so want to keep that in good condition too.
Thanks,
James

They are sealed. Once they start sticking they are pretty much done.

I have seen others use PB Blaster and free it up some.

The big "Morris" cables (throttle and steering) are basically permanently lubed. Or actually... they run dry. When they get stiff... it's the inner housing that's expanding, and pushing the Teflon liner into the cable. SO... (unfortunately) when that happens... it's already too late.

BUT... on the throttle... there is a friction adjuster. It could be overly tight. Pull the handles from the hull, and check it. (There's an adjuster screw)
