Not really a scam, it's just what they charge(a way for them to make money). They sell a bunch of crap around the US, I have seen some good skis go cheap. The have ZERO negative feedback in the last 12 months.

It's a non-profit ministry, they sell donated items, the proceeds goes to charity. So since it's donated sometimes it's the only way the previous owner can get rid of the item. It's like shopping at Goodwill, you pays your money you takes your chances.

Ya it's legit, a friend of mine bought 2 Yammies in great shape from them, transaction went well. He had to arrange shipping from Florida, so they held onto them for him for 2 weeks until he could get them picked up. Got a tax receipt too. No good to him though, he's in Canada.

I have purchased from places like this with decent results. I like to look first before buying if possible to ensure the work is not too much. These look like they have mods and may be worth the money in parts. I just wanted to ensure no one misses a decent deal if it is fact a decent deal.
