Temporary floating dock?

So we have rented another house at Smith Mountain Lake in VA again this year. Awesome place near Jakes. The only issue is there is no lift or place to pull the skis up off the lake. The shore is covered with rip wrap so it is all rock. Last year one of them took on quite a bit of water sitting overnight. I have tightened up the carbon seal some, but still want some insurance for it not to sink. So I am looking for ideas on some temporary flotation to keep them on the water at night with little issue. I wouldn't think it would need much. I can do the calculations for things, but my gut says that some kind of a raft, cheap tube, or a pile of big noodles will work. So what have any of you tried or seen? Simple, cheap, and portable are the key things. And not too trailer park if possible. I have a flat two person tube that we used to pull that I may test out if I can figure how to get up on it. IDEAS???

Nope. It is in the inlet to jakes where the guys stayed last year. Just a couple of houses inside the no wake zone. Nice place. Too much money but for the entire extended family for a week it makes sense. Going the last full week of July again.

I’m thinking if I can just float the rear on something to get the carbon seal out of the water I am good. A heavy duty raft would do that.
