temp sensor

I recently perchased a 1998 seadoo challenger 1800 and noticed the temp sensor on one of the engines had broken connectors so the previous owner had just tied the wire back am replacing the sensor are there any tips or steps I should follow?

Welcome to the seadoo forum nursetracib. I would just unscrew it and replace it with a new one... connect the wire.
