Got it just now!
packed professionally, a PWC Muscle decal was included and a copy of this months ProRider, which just so happens to be the swimsuit edition, lol!
I got the old shaft back with washers, bearings and whatnot. Looks like I did have the metal washers as they look exactly like the new ones (albeit worn). So I didn’t have a time bomb, but with the boat being 14 years old and 200 hours, freshening up the SC is the way to go. About 10 days turn around time from when I shipped to when I got it back, which includes two weekend days and four-five days in transit. So it really only took them two days to get it rebuilt and packed up. Time to put it back in
Thanks PWC Muscle!

Everything was easy going back in, save for that top bolt. The PWC Muscle video said Red Loctite; there are a couple different ratings for the red loctite, you want the one that’s not “permanent”. The back of the package lists the differences and whatnot. I put a small dab (basically a drop) on the end of each bolt. Very simple.

mine came in Saturday morning and installed it yesterday. it was definitely easier putting it back in than taking it out. I used blue loctite, which is supposed to be "medium" strength.

Just got my chargers back from PWCMuscle, not even 3 weeks from order to being returned. So excited to get them back in.

Very glad I sent them in as well. One had a clutch issue that had some touch down with the impeller wheel. Little bit more $$ but not bad to have them replace the wheel. Packaging was superb for the return as well.

I have the 230 Challenger and was wondering how do you lay across the engines without damaging the coils and other parts.

I pull the engine cover then lay down a couple folded towels over the top. My whole weight is not on the engines. It really isn’t too bad once you get in there.

Is there any sort of break in needed with the new SC? I just fired it up for the first time in the driveway on the hose. No problems, but don’t want to just hammer on it when I get it in the water if I should ease into it. But if it’s all good, I’m more than happy to get stupid with the go fast lever. Thanks

The 2014 on the supercharger cases is not a year. Mine also had it when I removed them and I bought the boat before 2014.

Put her in for the first time yesterday, all good. I had a boat full of people and gear so didn’t get a chance to go full out to check max speed. Did some tubing and cruising and ended with some ice cream. Great day and great to be back on the water!
