Summer finally came to MN

We had a very early spring up here with a beautiful March. Then it got cold and nobody put boats in. We finally got the planets to align with sun, temp and lack of wind. 80's all week in our part of the North!

The new portable volleyball court got tested as well. The net was a bit sagging after a couple hours of us fat guys in the net. It worked out pretty good though overall. PVC and sand augers. They cranked right in with a t-handle.

We've only been out once this year. (as a fam) I've played hooky from work a few times though. (The lake is about 15 minutes from my shop)

BUT............ once I get my Islandia done... I expect to be out once a week.

It did here too! Just long enought to kill the snowmobile season. Then it got cold again! The water just got into the 60's!

take advantage, just starting to warm up here in montreal! next weekened my ski should be 100% ready to go, i am waiting impatiently!!!

I can vouch for biff, the MN weather has finally come around to make the lakes more fun again... I wasn't beached here alone for more than 30sec. before everyone else decided it'd be a good place to hang out, & there were a dozen other boats lining the sandbar w/i a few minutes... & more to come this weekend!

It hit the 80's back in January here.. You guys are just getting ready I have all ready broke down 4 times this year on the water..
