Suggestions where to send my ECU?

I am looking for suggestions on where to send my ECU for a potential diagnostic or replacement, either in Canada or the United States. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I am seeking a diagnostic for a 2007 Sea-Doo GTX (YDV36042F707).
