Gotta order a rectifier and fill my storage compartments as u said lol. Thanks man really gave me a lot of insite on these boats

Your welcome, I hope it's all in good running order and things go smoothly with it for you. One other thing to keep in mind for future needs if you ever have a low battery make sure you remove the boat's + & - cables from the battery before charging it and never jump start the boat from another boat or vehicle. The MPEM modules that run these boats are prone to damage from doing so and they are obsolete.

Used MPEM's are available at prices that will make you want to curl up in the corner and or throw your wallet into oncoming traffic, motors cost less.

Regarding the bilge pump. I cannot vouch for your specific installation, but typical bilge pumps have a float switch (either internal or external to the pump) that will turn the pump on when the water level gets high enough. Also, typically, there is a separate manual switch to turn it on. Better installations also have an indicator on the dash to tell you the pump is running. Bilge pumps are typically pretty quiet. I have found it worthwhile to test the operation by putting in the drain plug, adding some water into the bilge to test operation of the auto switch (both on and off operation) as well as the dash switch ... ya gotta occasionally rinse out the bilge anyway.

Ok so if i charge the battery just unwire battery or does it have a shutoff ? and i will test pump today

There is no shut off. If your charger is 2.5amps or smaller you do not need to unhook the battery. Over 2.5 amps, unhook it.
