Stuck pump/reverse,salt stuck it?

SBT has head exchange but not knowing condition of exchanged head makes me think.I guess if head isn't damaged,say 2K hrs verse 100 hrs on mine if I'd be better off getting WSM valves put in my known low hr head.Yah just doing valve would be more work more tools but wondering what would be better.Some time easiest isn't best?
