Steering Problem

My 2008 Islandia, the steering wheel turns farther in one direction than the other. plus when driving straight the top dead center of wheel is at about 2 o'clock. Anyway to adjust wheel plus even out the steering.

center the wheel, then adjust the ball end at the nozzle to make it straight.

i got tha same problem with my 2000 gtx. is the same system in my gtx?
