Starter troubles?????????

Hi Guys, back again with another question?

Ski was running perfect, pressed start/stop button to stop and had bite to eat. got back on ski and pushed on dess got 2 beeps. pressed start engine tried to crank once and nothing else. did same over and over again would not crank more than once both red and black wires felt warm after this. took out back elec box and examined fuse worked fine. looked at fuses in front elec box all fine. left back elec box open whilst pressing start key and engine crank once and i can hear a whining sound which looks like it is coming from starter?? small sealed black box which i couldnt open to have a look at. tried again several times but nothing at all just one crank. i have 3 batteries and ahve tried all and r all fully charged so i know not that.

can you help is it the starter if so would that be why engine only cranks once?
by the way machine has been fine on last 5 trips out in as many weeks. new sparke to and they have been fine.

right, i ahev taken sparks out and pressed start button, engine turns over now with no problem. but and a big but water is shooting out of both cylinders and i can hear it in the bottom of the engine. engine wont crank with sparks in but will with them out, put compression test on should i have the other open when doing this?? or put spark back in? with both open got to about 50psi in each so really am thinking engine is f@cked. dont under stand how there is water in there though?
