I have a 2000 Sea Doo GS and am having problem with it starting. Runs fine if you can get it to start but I believe I have issue with lanyard or the post. Nothing happens when putting lanyard on and after taking it on/off a dozen times it will start up. Occasionally it will beep but usually don’t even give me the 2 beeps(every know and then it will) to know when it will crank or not. Just rebuilt carb and got everything running good, parked for a couple hours, came back and it would occasionally crank and then started dying about 10-15 seconds after start, no bogging or anything just died. Has a good hot battery. Just don’t know what to chase first
