Speedster wont start! Only loud beep

My boat just came back from the dealer (fixed a rave valve). But now when i go to start it, engines wont start. The lanyard makes the typical 2 beeps when it is connected, but when i start the engines it starts to tuen over for about 1 second, then it quits and mmake a long loud beep. Then evry time after that I try to star the engine, it just makes a loud beep. Dont think it is teh batter (wouldnt beep at all if battery was dead). Can anyone help? I think it might be something simple and do not want to make another trip to the dealer if its not necessary.

When i pulled mine out of the garage last week that is what it was doing. Both batteries were drained too low. I charged them and its good as new. Crazy thing is that i keep them on a float charge all winter. I just disconnected it 2 months ago to use on the motorcycle battery.

I hope RF is right for you. That's what my boat did when I bought it. It was the MPEM.
