Hey Bmann, I finally got my boat onto a trailer to look underneath the lower hull. One of the drive plate got scraped pretty bad. I also notice the black plastic round piece underneath there that got scraped pretty bad as well. I looked all over the seadoo parts list and can't find anything on it. Would you happen to know what it is? It's like a 2in black plastic piece that's somehow glued onto the boat. There's 2 of them from what I saw but only one got damage. Thanks!!

I think what you mean are the heat exchangers, they're the equivlant to your rad in your truck, if theyre cracked you would have coolant leaking. Here's is the fiche pic of the cooling system, part 30 is the exchanger ... is this the piece thats damaged?

Thanks for the quick reply bro! No, that's not it! I have to take a picture for you to see it. It's close to the drive plate and the grille on the lower hull. It's just a black plastic circular piece. Is your boat on a trailer?

Nah it's in the water ... if you can post up a pic ... once I see it i'll be able to help you out. There is a ride plate though ... that could be the only other piece that matches the description.

Bmann, if you look at the first picture. You'll see a small black dot. There's one on the other side of the boat as well where it got scraped really bad.

It really hard for me to look at those pics ... :puke:

Yup Ride Plate

Starboard Side Part No: 204120324
Port Side Part No: 204120323

Hope this helps man ... these parts are in the propulsion section.

K I crawled underneath the boat and this is the best picture I could take of it. The one that's all scraped is on the driver's side right behind the ride plate. Then there's the one that's not scraped and that's directly across on the passenger's side.

Seams like wants flip over , I find out that the ballast thank is 1/2 way full and the pump is broke ( already got out go another on the way) Boat runs really rough bounce like want to flip over I only got up 50mph with gps, I check both pumps they are straight impellers and wear rings looks good, I realize that previous owner had Trim tab , I don't know where to start, I just go all the water out tank and adjust the trims way high, I am going to the water again tomorrow but I don't know if that going to help lot, do you guys have any advice to me where can I start?????
Thanks

Hey Brian...I was just preparing everything i need to get working on the boat in a couple weeks. Was lookin for people who put in a 2nd battery and found this. If you get a chance can you add a pic here so that its in this thread when myself or anyone else digs this up?

Hey Rich yah for sure, I kinda forgot about this thread, it looks like I forgot to post pics awhile back. I will take pics for sure, I actually have my boat up for sale. Twins on the way!! I actually took some advice from another post though. I've got it priced high so it won't sell lmao. We have had the worst spring I can remember in awhile, i've got the shrinkwrap off the boat but thats about it. It should be nice this weekend and i'll get some pics up!

Thanks man! Throwing the boat up for sale was more of a knee jerk reaction than anything. I'll will need a bigger house, but realistically don't for another year and change so i'm not in a big hurry to sell.
