speed sensor paddle wheel

does anyone know where in the world can i get the simple little paddle wheel that is attached to the speed sensor?
they come off so easy, surley i can get one without forking out for a whole speed sensor assembly.
any info much appreciated

I have only found them as a complete sensor assembly. You can find them on ebay or sometimes people on here have one laying around.

they have them did you search the parts up top? ask if the 97 gtx will fit they have just the wheel...its 44 bucks

They do list a paddle wheel kit. But it is $45. You can find a used sensor much cheaper.

Speed sensor paddle wheel is the biggest scam SD ever pulled on customers

I bought my 04 GTX 155 NA new. The first summer several spokes broke off.
2nd summer it was smooth, no spokes remaining. I will never pay seadoo their price to replace it. Should be a $10 item to replace just the wheel instead of over $100 for the complete unit.

I have one available as well as several used complete assemblies.

The VTS is the #1 scam...with the speedo wheel being #2.

i'll have to look and see if I have wheels laying around, threw one out on sunday off a broken assembly. didn't know anybody had a need for them, the speedo isn't that accurate anyway, just more of a guideline

hey guys

my speedo was worn to the point where i couldnt even read it
i bought a gps speedo from speedhut.com

its very accurate and more responsive than i thought it would be

i give them the thumbs up especially if u have an older model with a 2 inch speedo as they r hard 2 find
