I was replacing my fuel lines yesterday on my 95 xp and i found that my oil injection lines off of my oil pump look like they are dry rotted and cracked. I need to replace them but dont know the size or if there is anything else with them that needs to be replaced. Any info for me would be helpful i dont know a whole lot about 2 strokes

"majority" of the time, they looked rotted/cracked, but all it is, is the paint thats crack'n/chip'n off. The size, I dont know, but alternative besides order'n "oem" ones, would be, to hit up the local "RC" hobby shack, and get the 'fuel line" for the gas cars, wheather its for 1/10 scale or the 1/8 scale, would work perfect....

Hey awesome idea thanks. They are rotted cause one of them has a big crack down the side to where u can open it up.

Yeah you can but your going to spend more money on oil. If your going to go premix, the easiest way to do so the rotary still gets lubed would be to take the oil pump off, remove the oil pump shaft, put oil pump back on and leave the hose coming out of the tank still hooked up. Leave a little oil in the tank so the rotary still gets some, it will not use much.
