Thank you all. I’m converting back to oil tank. Then getting new engine next year

Just for shits and giggles, maybe try putting an oil tank back in with the RV and return line hooked to it, put a shut off valve on the feed line to the RV. Nothing to lose, maybe somehow you were losing all that oil due to having it vent to fuel
system vent, maybe the oil was making its way back into the fuel tank through the vent line to the top of the tank or out the fuel pressure relief valve under the rub rail

That’s good news, that was an awfully lot of oil to be leaking past the inner seals so that makes sense, Also if the machine sat for a week or more before trying to start it, was there any issues starting it? If the Center seals were leaking that bad, enough oil would have made it past them to hydro lock the engine on oil. Those Center seals may not be leaking at all, or very little.
