My sliding block snapped in half and I need to replace it. (its the black piece that comes from the VTS unit out the nozzle) It snapped in half on the outside of the hull. I'm wondering what the easiest way to replace it is, and how to go about it. Anyone ever done this before? From what I can understand it doesn't seem too difficult. Is it best to do it from the back or from inside?
