had my carb partially off the other day (did not disconnect the throttle cable) and now I have a about 1/4 slack in the cable and the cable does not return to idle position on its own - do I just follow the adjustment process or did I screw something up?
Make sure the lever on the carbs that the throttle s connected to isn't hittin anything not allowing it to close all the way. When I did mine it was hitting on a little fuel line holder that I put back on backwards. Hope that helps some. :cheers:
nothing stuck - so I adjusted - first way too much slack (went wrong way) - adjusted ok so now it retracts fine - does the oil cable set up look ok? I did not touch it.
