Hi there, I'm new to this game please could someone confirm that I have replaced my oil injection cable correctly as I don't want to run it lean. I have attached a picture (although not the best)of the positioning of the pump lever.

G'day, sorry but it's to hard to tell from the photo, i tried to edit but i cant get a sharp image.
There are line markings on the pump that need to be lined up when the throttle is in the idle position, you can use a mirror and line these marks up. This will make sure the pump supplies the correct amount of oil.
These are the instructions for my 787 motor, i dont know if they are the same as the 720's.

Here is the procedure to replacing your cable. Be sure the marks line up on the pump and the carburetor and the oil injector cables are in sync when you're all done.
First you need to adjust the carburetor idle so the speed adjust touches the adjustment plate. Turn the screw 2 more turns. Turn the cable adjustment screw to align the marks on the Injector pump. Look closely and you’ll see the marks on the cable disk and the pump. Use a mirror if necessary. The throttle and oil injector must be synchronized to react at the same time. This adjustment is the same on single or dual carb models. Be sure the oil is in the lines to the carburetors. (Use a helper in the next step) Start up the seadoo on the garden hose, be sure it is running before you turn on the water. Push the cable disk( pump lever) to full oil while the seadoo is on the water hose. DON”T REV THE ENGINE, let it idle, while you getting the oil to the carburetor hoses. Turn off the water and shut down the engine. Recheck the adjustment of the cables.
I hope this helps
Karl
