Seadoo wont start

So me and my son took the sea doos out for a ride over the weekend... we were riding them hard and my son some how flipped his seadoo upside down .. we flipped back up and was riding fine the remainder of the day ... wanted to ride the following weekend and i tried starting it and all it did was a buzzing sound ... need help trying to get them back in the water asap

Does it even crank over with the sparkplugs out and plug wires grounded?
Have you tested the battery?

Battery is good ... when i try to start it just makes a buzzing sound... how do u crank it it with spark plugs out?

And the the battery is brand new i bought it the day my son flipped it over
