Seadoo Throttle Shaft Screws Home Depot, Lowes?

Good Morning,
I need to find the 2 replacement screws for the Mikuni Throttle Shaft on a 1999 Seadoo Challenger with twin 787's.
It is part #4 in this link below.

What is the size of this screw? Can I find it at Home Depot or Lowes?

I think they are 3mm, but I don't know if you will find them at Home depot. You may have better luck finding small metric screws at a hobby shop.

Our local Ace Hardware has a huge fastener section. I've been able to find just about anything I need there.
