seadoo sporters le 2004 wont go over 10mp or 5000rpm

my seadoo boat with 951 engine.got a rock stuck in the prop last year.i replace the cabon ring,wear ring and the prop.the compresure text 110 on each cyclinder. wtih new ngk sparks plug.but it won,t still go more than 10mp or over 5000rpm. it beep while you driving it about every 45 sec. some time the oil light comes on like am low on oil.but the is some oil in the tank.can somebody please help me diagnose these boat.will be greatly appreciate.will send any good help a good tip

I would perform at least one more compression test using another tester/gauge that's known to be accurate. If you really only have 110 psi on each cylinder that motor lacks the means to achieve horsepower and make top rpm's under a load.

I have a 2005 le di with 951 in it as well. It sounds like you are in limp mode and it could be a code 5 beeper code. I know the voltage regulators go on these engines check your battery charge level a low voltage will cause this to happen.
