Hi I have a 96 gsx seadoo that won’t start,has a new starter so that’s not the prob,when I turn on it beeps then nothing when I push ignition says 12v low no clicking in solenoid and battery is fine any help would be good thanks

Have your battery load tested. Take out your spark plugs and see if it will turn over. Also, take a screw driver and short out your solenoid to see if it will turn over.

make sure the grounds are tight and clean
