Just brought my ski from the dealers 120 miles away and found my starting problems were down too sea water in my fuel.
Its the 3d di I play with and its been upside down a few times in the surf.
The tank cap is sealed with no vent..
The tank has a breather hose that exits below the mid trim bumper and has a oneway valve just under the hood were it exits there.
So its a single hose from the tank with 2x exits.
The way I see it is the preasure of water below the mid bumper trim is forcing water into the tank.
With the craft being direct injection the tank is working like a vacuum cylinder
drawing it up the breather hose.
Anyone else found this to be happening.
Its just as well the ski was under warrenty, as a new fuel pump was needed.
