Sea Doo won't move

Bought a 1996 Bombardier SPI Sea Doo about 4 mos. ago. Type 587. Took it to the lake and started it and it died...got it started again it ran for about 5 mins. than quit moving. The battery is weak on it. I haven't got a clue as where to start.

Black fuel lines. Put a battery on it today and took it to the lake. It ran fine until you let of the throttle, then it would only move very slowly. Kill it and wait about 2 minutes and crank it, it would take of just fine.

If it's not running good, a good place to start are the carbs, fuel selector valve and fuel lines if gray Tempo.
