I have a huge problem. I´ve had the boat at a shop for four months now. They can´t find what´s wrong.

The thing is, the boat only revs to about 4-5000rpm when in water. Then it starts blurring and and goes down in revs.
When I go full throttle on land, there is no problem going 8000rpm.

Do anyone have ideas what this could be?

It´s not ignition coils, head gasket, impeller, wear ring.
ALOT of things have been changed to check what part it could be.

What kind of shop do you have your boat at? Is a SeaDoo dealer?

yes it´s a sea doo dealer

super charged?
if so did they check?
fuel pressure check while in the water?
when did this problem and how did this problem happen?

definately check fuel pressure and its not hard to try another pressure regulator which is clipped to the top of the fuel pump.

Is the supercharger boosting?
Check the exhaust for blockages.
Compression test? should see 130 psi
Does the motor stay smooth and slow dowm or go rough as in dropping a cylinder?
If dropping a cylinder check all ecu wiring connections and pins.
