sea doo engine

I have a 1995 sea doo gtx. It has the 80 hp engine. The problem is not constant, it occurs intermittantly. I had it to the dealer, but it ran fine while he had it. I got it home and the problem came back. It seems to run on only 1 cyl. When this happens, there is very low power. Then it kicks in and runs normal. It is frustrating and I need help. Give it a compression test and see what you got. good place to start.
