Sea doo 1996

I have recently purchased a 1996 Sea Doo Bomdardier. I t had not been run for a year. I got a new battery and got the old fuel out. It ran great for a day. The next day I went to take it out and the lanyard beeped, I tried to start it, it tried to turn over, but then quikly shut off. I put the key back on but there was no beep and I can't figure out what is wrong. A fuse maybe. ANy help would be great. Thanks...

I just got back from North Carolina. Nice place. How many beeps was the machine doing with the lanyard? There are a couple fuses, likely in the MPEM box that you could check.

yea, prly a fuse, also could try cleaning key and post with an eraser

If you open up the hood and remove the white box, it should be there to the side. You see a little black box, just remove the cover.
