RXTX full RPM but low speed

Recently replaced wear ring and impeller on a 2008 RXT-X 255. Prop was replaced with Solas 14/19p for stock engines.
Engine spikes to 8200 and settles at 8060 in the water so ruling out any engine issues. There was some damage to the housing veins which were filed smooth to remove rough edges.
Is there anything else I should be looking at? Ski was going 59MPH before replacement now only hitting 52.

The ski should be able to hit 64-67 Mph.

If there is damage to the pump and it was filed, it may affect the overall flow of water, which can affect top speed.

I am not an expert in Solas so can't comment if that is the right impeller for the machine, what does the wear ring look like and is it OEM?

Brand new OEM wear ring.

Hmm.

Looking at the Solas site.

It lists the RXT-X as the 14/19 but the RXP-X as 15/21

All other 255-260 HP machines use a 15/21.

Only the 215's appear to use 14/19.

Unless the pump is a differnt size?

All sites that sell Solas list this as the correct impeller. Does anyone know the correct pitch, if this is incorrect?

PWC Muscle chart shows Stage 1 13/18, Stage 2 15/21 for a 2008 RXT-X

267000408 is the stock impeller and it was only made for the 2008 RXT-X, of course its out of stock everywhere

Thank you. Looks like the beat up stock impeller might be going back in.
