Rxt Still Not Running Full Rpm's

so i ended up taking the ski to the dealer and coudn't find any error codes and thier mechanic wasn't there for any help. i just replaced the oil and filter, spark plugs, wear ring, has new gas 92oct(only). im thinking that one of the new spark plugs isn't firing right. sometimes bogs when i punch the gas at 25mph. need some further advice!!!

Change the spark plugs and see if it doesn't do the trick... 1 fouled plug could do that.
