Morning,
New to the forum.
Been using a lift this summer on our 2020 GTX 170 and with the dry weather, the lift is now not submerged in enough water. Last time out, I had some difficulty pushing the ski off the lift and to my surprise there are rubber streak residue from the lift remaining on the hull.
i can remove the streaks by using my finger nail but figured there has to be a better way. The owners manual also says I cannot use a petroleum based product...probably something to do with the finish of these ST3 hulls. I have a feeling a little gas on a rag and some light rubbing would do the trick, but don’t want to compromise the finish.
Any products you would recommend to remove those streaks?
