I purchased a 1995 GTX that was submerged in hurricane sandy in what i believe was salt water ( There was barnacles on the bottom, A LOT of them). The carbs were not on the ski when this happened, so the engine filled with water. All but two water jacket bolts snapped off when i took and wrench and torch to them. I am not sure if the jacket is corroded on or the threads are still holding it, but i can not get it off. If i grab the flywheel and attempt to turn it, it doesn't move. I am just looking for some input and opinions, would it be easier and/or cheaper to just replace the engine with a used one? Thanks in advanced!
