Replacement Reeds

What are the best replacement reeds for a 951 with stock cages?Will be running Prok flame arrestors and I believe the jetting will be 167.5 main, 85 pilot with 2.3 needle valves. Does this sound correct?

The jetting sounds good. As far as reeds, I was told by a few people who race, it is not worth it on a stock motor. They will break easier than stock, causing more problems in the future. I am running carbon tech because they came free with my motor rebuild. I have heard alot of people liking the Renaldi reeds. Again, many race teams said leave the stock reeds. Unless you get into, full intake manifolds, pipes, rev limiters, its not worth it to you. Just my opinion and understanding from very intelligent people.

Well i have a bad pedal and I have to replace the reeds anyway so I figured since the aftermaket reeds are about the same price as oem I might as well get the best while I'm in there.I can get a set of carbontech reeds from a friend cheap but the SS has me concerned.It says SS reeds are more for top end and I personally like more on low end.
