Removing Fuel Baffle on 1994 SP, is it hard?

Some of the Seadoo Models it's very hard to find enough clearance to take out the Fuel Baffle from the tank. Is it difficult on the 1994 SP? Would you have to move the tank on this model? Or perhaps take off the steering column? Or is there enough clearance to get it all the way out the way it is?

It will come out without removing the steering or anything major on that model.
