removing cables from carburetors

Hopefully a simple question: I'm trying to remove my carbs in the hull without removing the engine. I've got all of the bolts and hoses disconnected, but since I can't get a good look at the bottom side of the carbs, can someone please tell me how to disconnect the throttle and choke cables?

Thanks!

Mine, (a 717 85 hp one) has simple spring loaded butterflies in the carb. Hold the butterfly open, and the cables unhook.

Get a mirror down there if you have to.

If you have the main bolts loose, and the carbs slide up some, maybe you can see what I mean. You'll have to disconnect the oiler cable too. Same routine.
