Once i pulled the pump off and read the manual I noticed that the reducers were yellow and in the manual it says it's supposed to be red. Do I need to change them or not?

Thanks in advance for your input...

To what?....

I'm lost here to your question. Is this meant as an add on to another post?

Uh...I'm lost too! Reducers on an impeller Wear Ring change? I have the parts manual open now and thought I missed somethiing...NO REDUCERS in any color!

Ok I found what you have.. yes, it is yellow...part # 291001887. I see nothing about any other color.

In the manual, it shows yellow for one model and red for the supercharged model. I have attached the page from the manual so that you can see what I am talking about, this is fron the Sea-doo 2005 Vehicle Shope Manual...I guess we're all confused. I'm stupid, so I may be reading this wrong or looking at the wrong thing.

I went to seadoo's wb site and the part number is the same color and number for both 4-tec engines, Natural aspirated and Super Charged models. Check it out for yourself " www.seadoo.com " Item# 17 under "propulsion"/ super charged and # 18 under "propulsion" Natural Aspirated.

Hummm, that's odd. I looked at the website like you said, and your right it shows them as yellow. I don't understand why the manual says red. Oh well, I'll just leave them yellow. Thanks once again Karl!

Supplemental?

Odd.....chances are, there is a supplemental that was over-looked. Sometimes, the manual isn't always the only or best reference.
