I’m looking for the part number for the gasket that keeps the starter solenoid box sealed..
EDIT: Okay I found and ordered the gasket needed.. bikebandit.com is great for older seadoo parts.

but I’m worried it’s going to take to long for the weekend riding.. so can anyone give any advice or tips to keep water out of the rear electrical box without the gasket or is there a temp fix until it comes in?

Good working bailers, good carbon seal, no leaks on pipes, water valve, etc, make sure the drains are in tight and don't leak. If all else fails or might fail, install an auto bilge.

I've got Rule auto/manual bilges on both of my skis, just for piece of mind.

You could certainly buy some foam "caulk backing rod", comes in various diameters and cut a piece that would fit into the gasket groove...it'll compress enough to form a temp seal until the real gasket arrives. Spray some WD-40 on it to facilitate the "squeeze". Just a thought.....

Might also consider some rubber weatherstripping material.....

Okay so for now i have silicone around and waterproof tape, i ordered a gasket and they cancelled my order cause its discontinued.

I am having some leaking problems from exhaust manifold where it bolts into the motor... which ive heard is common cause the bolts tend to snap and 2 of mine did.

The exhaust bolts break because you pipe mount rubber grommets are worn out. Replace them and the stainless sleeves and get new bolts and gasket and follow the manual procedures exactly.

They are on the side of the pipe.

Yours uses two #10 bushings and one #7 sleeve.

Thank you. I ordered all the parts except new bolts which I already have... question for the bolts that snapped.. should it be relevantly easy to unscrew those out with some vice grips? Only the heads snapped off.
