With the recent post about Impros recommending the wrong impeller I wanted to make sure the one they recommeded to me was the correct one. I have a 96 Sportster, stock but with a fresh rebuild. I am having some issues with cavitation so I figured I would rebuild the whole driveline, Carbon ring and parts, impeller, wear ring, bearings and seals. I called impros today and Dave recommended to me the Scat Trak Swirl 15/20 pitch. I am about 250 and with 2 other people in the boat can push the 650 lb limit. It won't plane out with 3 people in it unless one is sitting in the bow. I would like to get it to plane out better and be able to tow a tube.

I just ordered one today from skAttrak. 14.5-22.5 swirl. Brandon at skattrak recommended this for the best hole shot and pulling a water skier. $296.23 to my door

Cool I have never seen that chart before, it actually calls for a 15/20. I have a sportster, smaller motor!

Sorry buddy I thought you had the speedster. But now you know for sure right. Hey did you buy the driveline kit when you did your carbon ring or just the individual parts? Km taking momma. For a putt on the chopper then I'm gonna look at my carbon ring and boot. I read how 100 times but still don't get it. Been out In my semi reading up on it. Was the ring a pain?

I have not ordered anything yet, planning on ordering everything needed to rebuild the entire driveline.
