Question about premium membership

I want the owners/repair manual for my boat but don't want to pay $10.95 a month for it. Could I just sign up for one month and download the manuals and then cancel membership? I'm not trying to be a cheapo or anything but I have no interest in anything other than the manuals, no need for the other stuff that comes with the premium membership.
