I was wondering if i flushed my system with anifreeze from the flush port would that protect my boat for the winter i did this and fogged the engine

thanks for any help

Sorry about the link kustomkarl. It was a link to Sea-Doo's actual site for operator manuals, so I thought it was OK. My bad.

I used RV/Marine antifreeze through the flush port on both my ski's the last two winters. Had nights in the teens both years without problems. I have been hard pressed to find anyone else that has done this, so glad to meet ya.

That procedure will work to winterize the exhaust section or the engine. It can be pumped in to if you wanted to. Be sure to environmental safe anti-freeze so as not to pollute the water or ground come spring.

For a n00b like me, can someone show me where to put the antifreezing liquid, just got the boat and aint realy sure.

It depends on what seadoo you have...2 stroke of 4-tec. You need to add you seadoo model and year to you avatar. If you want more info. I have 2 links for winterizing in my avatar, just click and check it out.
