Pump Oil Change

Working on getting my skis ready for the season... still have yet to put them in the water. I need to change the pump oil in them, any suggestions on what to use? This is on two 94 GTS skis.

If you need something quick and easy and local, WalMart on Nicholasville Rd., has Quicksilver PWC API-TC rated oil, you can use the synthetic blend, it's in the silver jug.

he said pump oil, and mentioned it should be changed, so i'm thinking he's talking about the jet pump. you'll want full synthetic 75w-90 gear oil, or if you have time to wait, you can get klotz from impros or SBT.

That not for pump oil though, is it? I thought pump oil was some 75w90 or something similar.

Sorry I gave the wrong information. For the pump oil I use Mobile1, GL-5, 75w90, synthetic. Get it at AutoZone or Advance.

Hey guys thanks, I should have been more clear, I was talking about changing the Jet Pump oil. Also Lou, the info on the PWC oil at Wally World is helpful as the one in Hamburg no longer carries that.
