Pulling a tube

I just bought a 2000 GTI, and it looks like the location of tow ring might cause problems with the rope getting caught up in the wake while pulling a tube. Is there anything out there that you can buy that will extend the rope up a little higher behind the jetski? If, so where is a good place to find something like this and what would it be called?
