Pulled engine, What to change while it's out?

I decided to pull my engine to do some cleaning and install a couple things. Compression on this is 140 across the board, or I wouldn't waste my time. My plan is to Clean and paint engine, install new Motor mounts, Carbon seal, Have the Supercharger checked out. I was told it was done around 10 hrs ago. The impeller and ring look good. While I'm in there, Riva Thru hull exhaust and intake setup. I know I didn't have to pull it for this, but wanted to do a compete Clean job. May sell it in the summer. Whoever gets it, It will be turn key. What else should I replace or check while it's out. It has 106 hrs on it. Thanks

The bilge looks nice already. Maybe take a look at the starter bearings and check the resistance of all ground and power wires for the green crusties.

Didn’t look like that before. lol. I’ll look at the starter. I have to take it off to mount on the stand anyway. Thanks.

Had to be couple of injector seals and at least one 10mm socket down there, literal gold mine.

How did you check the starter bearings? It all looks good, spins like it should. All ground connections are clean now. Painted, a little shiny but better than before.

If it looks good and spins like it should, good to go. PTO housing would need to come off to inspect further are change the starter drive bearing.

If you have the engine out, you may want to consider changing the carbon seal and bellows on the drive shaft.

Oil cooler mounting screws tabs, other than that Looks good

Just verified Impeller at .008 clearance. Re-packer bearings and new O-rings. Also getting a new shaft since this one has some pitting. Also added more glass to the shaft tunnel. Wasn't 100% happy with factory..
