You using your skis as bumper boats? (lol)

I'm not sure how well they will work on the docks. Unless they are glued on some how... they will just get pushed off if the skis are hit with a big wake.

BUT... regardless... once you get some time on them... let us know if they hold up.

Looks like a good idea, especially for people just learning. You might want to use pipe insulation instead, it's a little stronger material, it's available in different sizes, and it's already slit. However it only comes in black.

Lol, Can't repeat that to the kids, they'll try it!

The lake we go to don't have that greatest dock bumpers and while trying to fuel with a little wake, the doo's where scraping up against the bumper, as much as we tried to hold them steady. Was trying to find a cheap solution to dock rash.

They actually hold on pretty tight themselves but of course nothing like actually testing them. Just another noob thought.

by the way Lou, love the 96 gti. The SBT wear ring I put it solved my cavitation problem and now comes out of the hole hard. Glad I took your advice on the model. Thanks.

Looks like a good idea, and the XP is color coordinated! In regards to the wear ring, our GTI wasn't cavitating, but with a new ring we gained about 6MPH.
