Problems with GTI LE 2003 both of them

I have a 717 engine that is shot I am thinking SBT on web for premium package any thoughts. Is there a different motor that would fit in the ski to give me more speed?
My other jetski gti le ran fine last week put gas in ran this week and it runs fine until it heats up then hesitates. you can turn it off and will run fine for like 10 min and do it again. cleaned fuel filter no clue? Need help

hey Scott...sbt or "PARTS" tab on top of this page. Swapping motors is possible, but your electronics aren't compatible to it.
Wouldnt run other ski, til you find the problem. Check compression on it, howd the plugs look?...:cheers:
