peter2007 3d di

I have a 2007 3d di. The ski was running well last summer and started this summer fine. Starts easily and runs well. EXCEPT, when running at approximately 75% throttle, all is OK. BUT, when I grab that last 20% of the throttle stroke, the ski falls away. It just stops running. It will restart, although the restart is a little hesitant.
History-purchased used 4 seasons ago. ran well in florida. Brought to Chesapeake bay region. Ran well
three seasons ago-had problems. Tried fuel pump. Checked for grounding coil. check for bad regulator. problem was air pressure regulator. Got a replacement-all was good
two seasons ago-freeze plugs on exhaust rotted out. Had all resealed-all was good.
this season-limited use. wife broke her foot. but I have this operating problem at full throttle.
I looked in to electrical system thinking that an inadequate electrical supply would have the ski falter at high RPMS. voltage when operating at idle around 13.2.13.4 VDC. Checked the stator to factory specs, all OK, Installed OSD regulator from season two-no change. Bought OEM regulator, no change. Sourced used stator(OEM is discontinued)-no change old stator to new stator. Hard to run ski at high rpms when running on a hose-manual states @ 5000 rpm voltage should not be over 15VDC-but does not state what minimum or idle voltage should be. Battery is Auto Zone AGM-about 4+ seasons old but seems to start and run OK-except for falling away at high RPMS. IF I build up to the high rpms slowly, still falls away as I get to the top of the RPM range.
I anyone can provide insights, it would be greatly appreciated.
