Hey All,

I just had one of my Polk MM651UM 6.5" Speakers go out on me. It was just under a year old and the woofer stopped working on one speaker.

I contacted Polk audio and told them the problem. They immediately gave me the address and told me to send it in and they would exchange it. There was no hassle and no drama.

I just need to send the one speaker back to them. In any case, just wanted to let everyone know who might be considering Polk audio.
 
Just wanted to update this an let everyone know that Polk replace the speaker with what appears to be a brand new one! What a great company that stands behind their product! I would definitely buy Polk again.
 
That's great to hear a company standing behind their product. I've always enjoyed their products and have been lucky enough to never have a problem. Thanks for the update!
