I was at a local dealer/machine shop talking to the owner(not mentioning names) and when I mentioned I bought WSM's, he rolled his eyes and gave me the low quality talk. Recommended Pro x (amazingly, that is the aftermarket brand he carries) Wiseco was reffered to as seizeco(I raced MX since 97 and they were the best you can buy for dirt bikes) because they seized alot in the 70's. To his credit, when I mentioned this was due to them being forged instead of cast and the expansion rates were different so clearances needed to be changed unknown to most machine shops, he copped to it. Guess being drunk right now, I mostly want to rant about shop owners BS'ing customers assuming they have no knowledge of engines. Funny thing was, the last engine I had them bore, the shop manager said the WSM's were great pistons. F@$kin dealers.
