Part Number for the DESS on a 97 Challenger

I narrowed it down to the DESS post. What is the part number that this is now. I have found 278-000-640 (Ebay)
found 278-000-646 (RIVA) and I guess that was superceeded to 278-002-325
Is that correct, which should I order?

Good question. Personally, I would trust Riva's parts diagram over an Ebay ad.
